Functional Fitness

The focus is on providing the holistic functional fitness concept and knowledge based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) type of exercise format. This is designed in such a way to be performed in minimal duration and obtain maximum benefit in both strength and flexibility. The aim is to provide simple takeaway courses to maintain consistency and injury free in actuality. The program covers simple bodyweight and complex weight training formats with the underlying principles of body dynamics. The intent of the curriculum design is to provide basic minimal requirements for a healthy lifestyle and to become a combat fit in terms of both physical and mental attributes, at the comfort of one’s own personal space, time and logistics.

If risk could be avoided with better threat recognition skill and if hostility could be managed with better contact positioning skill to escape physical danger, it is the best means of self-protection. The theoretical concepts with practical applications provides logical clarifications to understand the actual reality. The ITEA (Intent-Thought-Emotion-Action) model of soft skill aims to provide and habituate the most necessary training to keep us safe and become a hard target in this modern environment.
